How often will there be less than a 24-hour notice of active discharge events?

We do not anticipate there will be many events called with less than 24-hour notice. When that happens, that event will not be counted in the calculation of average performance.

This program is overseen by the Public Utilities Regulatory Authority (PURA), is paid for by electric ratepayers, and is administered by the Connecticut Green Bank, Eversource, and UI.
