This is a list of eligible third-party owners participating in the Energy Storage Solutions program. These companies would be responsible for owning and maintaining the system for the customer through a lease or power-purchase agreement.
This program is overseen by the Public Utilities Regulatory Authority (PURA), is paid for by electric ratepayers, and is administered by the Connecticut Green Bank, Eversource, and UI.
